    Full Process of Order Completion for Custom Electronic Products:

    1. Place an Order
    We are dedicated to customizing any electronic products according to your ideas. Whether you have a detailed design concept or just a rough idea, feel free to share it with us. You can place an order by contacting our sales team through email, phone, or our online platform. Provide us with as much information as possible about the product you want, such as its intended functions, appearance requirements, and any specific features you desire.
    2. Pay a 30% Deposit
    Once your order is confirmed, you need to pay a 30% deposit of the total order amount. This deposit is to confirm your order and initiate the process. We will provide you with our payment details, including bank account information or online payment links. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer, credit card, or other acceptable payment methods. Please make sure to complete the payment within 3days to avoid any delays in the order processing.
    3. ID Confirmation
    After receiving your deposit, our design and engineering team will start working on creating an initial identification (ID) for your custom electronic product. This ID may include product specifications, model numbers, and other relevant identification information. We will send you the ID details for your review and confirmation. You should carefully check the ID to ensure it matches your requirements. If there are any changes or adjustments needed, please let us know promptly, and we will make the necessary modifications until you are satisfied with the ID.
    4. Function Confirmation
    Once the ID is confirmed, we will proceed to the function confirmation stage. Our team will develop a detailed description of the product's functions, including how it operates, its performance parameters, and any special features. We may also provide you with prototypes, diagrams, or simulations to help you better understand the product's functions. You will have the opportunity to test and evaluate the functions (if possible) and provide feedback. If any functional improvements or changes are required, we will work closely with you to make the necessary adjustments until the functions meet your expectations.
    5. Procurement & Production (Estimated 20 Days)
    After both the ID and function confirmations are completed, we will start the procurement of raw materials and components needed for your product. Our procurement team will source high-quality materials from reliable suppliers to ensure the quality of your custom electronic product. Once the materials are in place, the production process will begin. Our production facility is equipped with advanced equipment and staffed by experienced technicians who will carefully assemble and manufacture your product according to the confirmed specifications. During the production process, we will keep you updated on the progress, and you can also request for production status reports if needed. The entire procurement and production process is estimated to take 20 days, but this may vary depending on the complexity of the product and any unforeseen circumstances.
    6. Product Inspection
    Once the production is completed, we will conduct a thorough inspection of your product to ensure it meets the quality standards and your specified requirements. Our quality control team will check the appearance, functions, performance, and other aspects of the product. You also have the option to arrange for an independent inspection or to visit our facility to inspect the product in person. If the product passes the inspection, we will proceed to the next step. If there are any defects or issues found during the inspection, we will immediately take corrective actions, such as reworking or replacing the product, until it meets the required standards.
    7. Pay the 70% Balance
    After the product passes the inspection, you need to pay the remaining 70% of the order amount. This balance payment is due before the product is shipped. We will send you an invoice for the balance, which will include the total amount due, payment details, and the deadline for payment. Please make the payment within 7days to ensure timely shipment of your order. Once we receive the payment, we will confirm the payment and proceed to prepare the product for shipping.
    8. Shipping
    We will arrange for the shipping of your product to the designated address. You can choose the shipping method, such as air freight, sea freight, or express delivery, depending on your preferences and requirements. We will work with reliable shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your product. We will provide you with the tracking information as soon as the product is shipped, so you can monitor the delivery status. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method and the destination.
    9. Order Completion
    Once your product is delivered to the specified address and you confirm the receipt and satisfaction with the product, the order is considered completed.
